This Privacy Policy explains how Tiny Tanks (“the App”) handles information when you use it. The App is developed and operated by Owen Davis-Bower (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We are committed to respecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or precise location data.
The App may collect limited, non-personal technical data for the purposes described below, including:

• Operating system version
• Anonymous usage events (e.g., game launches, feature usage)
• Crash and performance diagnostics
This data cannot be used to identify you directly.
We process data solely for the following purposes:
• Ensuring the stability and performance of the App
• Understanding aggregated usage patterns to improve gameplay

Under GDPR, the legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), as the data is strictly necessary to operate and improve the App and does not override user rights or freedoms.
The App uses the following third-party services, which may process limited technical data on our behalf:
• Unity Technologies (analytics and cloud services)
• Google Firebase (remote configuration and crash diagnostics)
These services act as data processors and comply with GDPR through standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
No data is sold or shared for advertising or marketing purposes.
In accordance with GDPR Art. 5(1)(c), we only enable services that are necessary for the App’s operation and improvement. Optional analytics features are kept to a minimum and reviewed periodically.
Technical data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose and is automatically deleted or anonymised according to the retention policies of the third-party providers.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to request access to information about data processing, request correction or deletion of data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Because we do not collect identifiable personal data, we may not be able to associate data with a specific individual.
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe data has been collected unintentionally, please contact us.
